The proximity defense ("association is not conviction") is technically true and utterly beside the point. When you have draft criminal indictments for conspiracy, you've moved past the realm of "unfortunate associations" into documented institutional decision-making about who gets charged and who gets protected. The redactions aren't protecting victims, they're protecting the decision to stop investigating.

SCOTUS involvement. For a criminal enterprise the information feels woefully inadequate. And the declaration of the DOJ that this is all of the files is embarrassing.
This was exactly what you said would happen. For everyone who is reading this reply I read Virginia Guiffre’s book from cover to cover. She never once mentioned Michael Cohen. Not once. There was nothing earth shattering revealed. We still know nothing and the pedophiles still take a deep breath and walk away. I am no fan of Andrew Windsor Mountbatten but he took the whole rap. Some others were casually named, but not a damn thing will happen to them.

He and Trump were buddies. He's dead so he won't be held accountable. One good thing I did see was Howard Nutlick's lies exposed. Nothing will happen to him though.
