The fact of the uSA (the Ununited at this point walking away from Ukraine is I assumed criminal. The treaty enjoined by the United States stipulates its obligation to secure and defend Ukraine in consideration of Ukraines giving up if it nuclear weapons. Is that treaty enforceable in any jurisdiction?
My opinion, if the European Union has the authority, and the votes to have the uSA kicked out of NATO.
EU fully embraces Ukraine and invites it to join NATO.
