As a Canadian citizen who lives just a few miles from the US border, both US and Canadian politics are so interwoven into the fabric of my daily conversations with family and friends on both sides. I find listening to Michael and MeidasTouch, and others dedicated to sharing the truth with integrity, invaluable. I've lived on both the Pacific and Atlantic coasts, but here in Eastern Canada is home. I feel like those of us on this side of the country have a unique connection to the pulse of both nations. In fact, locally we say we're going 'over across' when we go to the States. (Our grandparents called it 'across the line'). When someone says they're going to 'the States' it sounds too formal and impersonal. I could literally walk a couple of miles and shake hands with an American cousin who is 'over across'. You are helping us to keep the candid and informative conversation going so that line between our 2 nations doesn't become a divide. It's a conversation that just keeps getting louder.
