The courts are encouraging so far, but that process is slow, and furthermore, who is making sure that Musk is indeed obeying the court orders? And how is it even legal for Musk to be in the position that he is in? He's neither an elected official nor a civil service employee, so why is he anywhere near our Treasury Department and other government agencies? It's outrageous and frightening as hell!

It certainly looks that way. Elon Musk’s push to dismantle USAID aligns suspiciously well with the agency’s investigation into Starlink’s alleged ties to Russian interests. While Musk and the Trump administration justify USAID’s elimination under the banner of “government efficiency” and “cutting wasteful spending,” critics argue that this move conveniently shields Starlink from scrutiny.

If USAID’s investigation uncovered any wrongdoing, such as Starlink facilitating Russian communication despite sanctions, it could pose serious legal and reputational risks for Musk. I am listening to Ben and the brothers discuss the breach. The tactics of breaking into an organization (the government) is straight up Russian technology tactic. Most will say ok how do I defend myself from the Fascist Authoritarian takeover? Well the Russian tactic is one of using the existing infrastructure against what the existing infrastructure is there to defend. Take their attack vector for example. Stealing a subdomain via DNS to set up authentication and email is out of the Russian playbook. The regular person doesn’t follow these tactics and it sounds like jibbersh. What this means is think about it as they stole your website and email and whatever payment system that sits behind it. After this happens they commit crimes via that website. Not only is stealing the website is a crime. So is everything else they do with it. Again we as Americans have seen this from the Russian tactics…
So how can one defend themselves? Don’t trust “googledoc” or word. files pdf files are anything in an email attachment. Trust only domains (websites) you trust. I have posted tools to check websites etc. Basically any full tech platform (Microsoft, google, Amazon ) should be treated with care Apples is a better but not 100 safe and must also be checked. The bad stuff lives in those attachments.
As far Substack goes..There is like no auth so this app can be manipulated. I have heard of this previously (like years ago) hopefully they do well with content moderation and keep the Nazis off the app.
Now back to the fascist take over. These people will look to overwhelm the legal system with what they believe to be lawful orders against all agencies and institutions (media included) that oppose the fascist takeover. Again 30s German tactics adopted by the Russians. They then use the tech presence created as described above to allow the judiciary to extend the judgement of those unlawful orders. This is how the state within a state hollows out the opposition. Basically creating a dictatorship.
Trump and his regime should be prosecuted in an international court as he is committing international crimes. Similar to his jack boot daddy Putin.
